General Terms and Conditions - Innere Reise, Pascal Laibacher

1. General

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions for Inner Journey (GTC) apply to all hypnotherapy services offered by Innere Reise - Pascal Laibacher.

1.2 By using the services of Innere Reise, the customer accepts these GTC.

2. Services

2.1 Innere Reise offers hypnotherapy to support in dealing with phobias, anxiety, mental strength, smoking cessation, ADHD/ADD, and other areas.

2.2 Hypnotherapy is a complement to traditional medicine and does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.

3. Appointments and Payment

3.1 Appointments for hypnotherapy sessions are arranged individually.

3.2 Payment is due immediately after the session, in cash or by bank transfer. Other payment arrangements are to be agreed upon in advance.

3.3 In case of non-attendance or cancellation of an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee equal to the session price will be charged.

4. Confidentiality

4.1 All personal information and session content will be treated confidentially.

4.2 Disclosure of information to third parties will only occur with the explicit written consent of the customer or
